horrible

<p>I submitted a claim which amounted to R14146 with axsure and my claim was processed and approve however my axcess is R10000 which means they will anly pay R4146. they keep refering to an email which was sent on the 3/3/17 they informing me about increase in my access which i never recieved. on the same month 29/03/17 i recieved an updated policy schedule which does not have these changes they are telling me about no body is listening to all of this at Axsure they puting it as if its my fault that i never recieved that email they are refering to. I have never recieve such terrible service and worse off the consultant is also giving me an i dont care attitute ..........</p>
