High Poor service and no communication

Since my last complain i have not received any communication from Axsure it is like they dont care and are unbothered by my complain ,it is 8 days now since my complain i don't know what to do cause i don't even know what is happening the service is highly poor i won't recommend the insurance to anyone i know.

The broker that sold me the insurance is not saying anything also at this moment .I need my matter to be sorted out .
