FURIOUS Axsure client!!!

If I could, I would give this insurance company a zero. My car was written off more than a month ago, after a month of being taken from pillar to post, I got a courtesy car only a week after my claim, 30 days later the car was taken back. After endless phone calls and aruguments with this ******* insurance company, they promise my claim will be settled... fast forward to today, they based the payout value on the settlement value from the bank, less so many undisclosed excess'. I still don't have a car and still owe the bank. Why is this insurance company still in operation?! Do yourselves a favour and cancel your policies effectively today!!!
