False information by Axsure Administration

I was involved to an accident on the 17 August 2017 where I was avoiding head to head collision with a truck which was travelling on oncoming lane and I lost control of my car that is when my nightmare started with Axsure Administration . I have submitted my claim and it took them four days of no feedback or any update from them , after 8 days of calling trying to get update these is what I have been told

Firstly I will be liable for storage because i have call Towing Company of my own choice not not Axsure Road Assistant i provided all the proof the calls made to their road side assistant and Road side assistant also confirm the same Secondly I was served with repudiation latter stating that I was driving under the influence , still I provide the proof with traffic report during my trip that how can I drive pass road block if I am under influence Thirdly i got another rejection latter that I was driving 125 km per hour on a 60 zone again I provide the proof that accident occur on 100 zone not 60 zone with the video as a proof Again they provide information that my car was travelling 125 km per hour at 22:30 pm and during that time the care was already was already involved ti an accident at 21:05 pm according to trip report that i have requested from Car Track , ( I have requested trip report 3 times and they where confirming the same that accident occur at 21:05 )

They have now called me twice asking me when am I going to tame my car from SMD even though i have provide all information that all their allegations are not true
