Extremely bad service, no response

I have a claim with Axsure and they have been giving me the run around for 4 weeks now since I logged the claim, you call them and they say they will get back to you and no-one ever does

It's made worse by the fact that you can't even contact the people assigned to your case like your claim handler directly, you have to use email (which they are slow to respond if ever ).

Please guys do rip us off, when we pay our premiums on time with no delay every single month.
