Excellent Service Axsure

I was involved in a car accident and my car was written off. My car was brand new and had it for less than a month. Axsure debited me the first premuim and three weeks latter my car was smashed into pieces by a taxi driver. The service i got from axsure from day 1 was SPOTON. As I was getting into the ambulance I was handed a phone by who I dont know and there was a person on the line who claimed to be from axsure, in that state of confusion of pain I agreed to let them tow my car as I believed they were working with axsure. I went to hospital and came back after two days. Searched for my car and found it in, did the AR and lodged a claim, a week latter had a courtesy car for 15 days, 15 days passed and they extended the courtesy car for another 15 days. An investigator phoned me looking for my car***hahahahahah* what a shock, I told him that that they have the car she said no we dont, I told her where the cars and the towing guys wanted 20k for them to release the car(I GOT ****MED BY THE TOWING GUYS), at that time I have less than 5k, AXSURE paid the towing company and took the car, they then wrote it off and settled the car to the value of R320 000.00 my axcess was 10k plus the towing it came down to R35K

From my dealings with the AXSURE team honestly I was treated fairly, I made two mistake on my side.1 I didnt call AXsure to organize a towing. 2 i should not have taken an excess of percentages even though I had an excess cover which reduced the my excess from close to R35K to 10k. Next time I have an insurance I will rather pay the R500 extra on premuim and have an excess of say 2.5k
