Disappointing service

I am very disappointed with the services which I am currently receive from Axsure , its truly not professional. Every time I have to call and check what is the update with the claim and not I am told that my claim handler is on leave for two weeks , no one is allocated to processed with the claim. so if I did not call I was going to wait for that 2 weeks . when I read people's reviews no one is happy with everything at claims department , and this is not right as company please call me with my update on my clam and I mean a progressive update not to tell me that you are busy with my claim ********** 708088
