<p>02/02/2016 My wife had an accident using OUR vehicel , since we are married COP . i THEN REGISTERED A CLAIM with my so called insureance and the experience has only been hell. My insurer rejected my claim based on the fact that my wife was not a nominated driver, After begging this company to send me the recordings eventually they sent me this recordings. The administration was poorly conducted because in actual fact i did nominate my wife and these over the phone recordings is like a verbal contract. I sent th vehicel for panel beating and managed to loan some money to pay for the start of this process. The insuraance keeps debiting my account but the refuse to give me any assistance and still keep taking my money . This contract was actually incomplete and the still took my money...</p>
