Claim taking too long to be finalised

lodged a claim with Axsure, its took 2 months to finalise the claim. Its took them 4 days to arrange someone to tow the car away from the seen. I was calling them almost every single day. Claim handler was never available to attend to my calls or respond to my emails or respond to messages left by the consultant. Likely one of the days the claim answer after 2 months. He reported that my car is declared as a write off. After a week my claim was declined for a stupid reason. Speed was slightly over the road limit (doing average 70Km/hr on 60 Km/hr zone).

There try their best to look for reason not to pay. That why its takes them months to handle claims.
