Claim not action

COMPLAINT!!...... Claimed with the above mentioned insurance company due the damage on my car caused by the strikes in my area reported to the insurance to for a claim to be action , no feedback was received , its been weeks now no action has been done I pay this insurance company every month no return debit orders , funny enough this is the 2nd car that I have chose to insure with them 1st claim since I've had a contract with them , but the service I have received from Axsure Administrators its unbelievable, makes me question my choice in this insurance company,my car has such a small damage but you would swear its requires a write off .....

I need urgent help on how to proceed further I bought car cause I need it and insured to make life easy when unforeseen circumstances occur its been weeks dont have car but funny enough every month there is a debit order for my "car" insurance going out , I have communication between me and Axsure Administrators but unfortunately we heading to no land its almost a month now

Confused, frustrated and i am very irate now please assist and provide me with the service i deserve................................................................
