CLAIM DENIED

I am really unhappy with the decision made regarding Axsure Administrators to advise my insurers to decline my claim. I was involved in a car accident on September the 22nd around 4 am, some guy hit me on my passenger side skipping a red robot. The reason for the decline is that according to them I was travelling at a high speed where as the robot was green for me on a 80 km/h zone and according to their tracker, I was travelling at 100 km/h. The main reason I took out insurance was for these circumstances like these to be covered in case of the accident, but they have failed me. The perpetrator ran away and left me for dead but luckily I woke up from a comma late in the afternoon around 4 pm suffering from concussion, up until today I am still recovering but paying for a written off car. I feel that Axsure Administrators together with the insurance company which is Western Union, have failed me big-time, they never kept their promise. I still do not get why my claim was denied because of speed which was never discussed with me when I took out the cover with them. I am really dissatisfied and I wouldn't recommend them at all to anyone. I also tried ombudsman but no luck as they said, they do not find the insurers decision's at fault. Poor service and lack of communication from them.
