Claim declined

<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>i was insured axsure in 2016. They declined my claim on the basis that I did not submit an inspection certificate. Is it allowed for any insurance company to keep on deducting monthly installments from your bank account while they are fully aware that you did not submit the inspection document.</p> <p> </p> <p>i personally feel they were looking for reasons not to pay the claim as they took four months to give me feedback on my claim.</p>
