CHS is a total disappointment

They rejected my claim and returned my car back with more damages. There are parts either missing or damaged. They admitted to have stripped my car and said they were doing an assessment to see the extent of the damage(all of this is on email). Well I don’t understand what kind of assessment it is when they damaged and removed some parts. They do not want to pay for the damages caused by their so called assessment. I got quotations and submitted to them but they still failing to finalise that claim since 10 June 2024. I’m utterly disappointed with this company.
