CHS Claims nightmare
I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service provided by CHS Claims. I lodged an insurance claim for my vehicle, which was written off, over a year ago in May. Despite countless assurances from the CHS team that they would update me on the status of my claim, I have yet to receive any substantive feedback.
The complete lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. Each time I reached out for an update, I was met with empty promises and no real progress. This gross incompetence has left me in a financial quagmire. To add insult to injury, the insurance premium continues to be deducted from my account monthly. Recently, I even received an email notifying me of an increase in my premium!
As if that wasn't enough, I am still bearing the cost of financing a vehicle that was written off. This entire fiasco has drained me of approximately R 70,000.00 due to the sheer incompetence and negligence of the CHS claims team.
The handling of my claim has been nothing short of a nightmare. CHS has demonstrated a complete disregard for their customers, showing no urgency or accountability. This experience has been a devastating financial burden, and I am beyond frustrated with their lack of professionalism.
I strongly advise anyone considering using CHS Claims to think twice. Their deplorable service and utter failure to manage my claim have caused me significant financial stress. CHS Claims, you have thoroughly disappointed and failed me.
