Bad service at axsure insurance
On the 18th of July 2018 I was going to work I hit a *** at a inside a steel bridge I called my insurance assistant they came to pick up my car and they took to nelspruit for panelbeaters but now the insurance is refusing to fix my car they say I was over speeding, they say I was driving 83km at 60km zone but I have them how possible could it be that I hit a *** at a speed of 83km but still I was driving 60km_45km_31km_13km after the accident they did not respond to me, I have sent them a letter of dispute and requesting the proof that I was over speeding and they sent me a policy with a letter that says "it was established that I was driving ±83km" they are not sure because the speed that they are talking about of ±83km is a estimation. The panelbeaters are complaining that the car is been at their yard for a long time so I have called my insurance to tell them that the panelbeaters are complaining about the car they say I must go and pick it up and they won't pay for the storage of the car.
