Bad service

<p>I took out car insurance policy with axsure around August 2016, all my premiums were received from my bank account. Beginning of December 2016 i received a notification stating my cover has been ceased. I contacted them and dealt with Wesley and Anel, who then requested my 3 months bank statement. I mailed them the statements which showed the deductions in October and November, however there was no debit order for December. Their feedback was management has declined my application to reinstate my conver with no valid reason. They then refered me to another broker which I'm not happy about.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont understand why policy was cancelled as the premiums were received and they didnt debit my account in December, I still had the ordesity to contact them and advise them about this onyl to find out my policy has been cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is utter bull****!!</p>
