Bad experience with insurance
Was Involved in accident where I was bumped at the back by a third party.. Insurance sent me a letter that I signed that I must pay a sum of R35000 when collecting my car at the panel beaters, but on the letter it stated that I should not try to engage with the third party.. Their legal team will talk to them and reimburse the money I paid to the panel beaters it is not the second month tried reaching out to the ensurer without any success.
Recently envolved my legal team and the just ignoring the emails.
Claim held by Yolanda viljoen.

Kindly note that all recoveries are attended to by attorneys appointed by insurers.They have submitted an approach to the liable party’s insurers and await the final repair invoice to be able to continue the settlement negotiations.
