Axsure the baddest service ever

<p>I have never in my entire life exprienced the worst,poor,***********,unpleasent service such as the service offered by Axsure administrators. they will use all the avenue's to find loopholes not to payout for your claim which is entirely unfair to the client the person paying a monthy premuim i edge all the clients to review the comments here before joining axsure administrators.</p> <p> </p> <p>The claim claim accessor by the name of Lucky Matutu was handling my claim it took him 2 months to tell me that the claim has been rejected everytime i call to speak to him its either his on lunch or on a meeting and has a very slow response timeframe on the emails </p> <p>This administrators must be reviewed by the Financial service board about the bad service they giving to clients this must stop its very unfair and frustrating for a person who has been with them for almost 2 years never skipped paying the monthly premium and when you claim they reject your claim unless its a small amount claim,Their aim is not to pay out on claims they use every excuse they can against you ,here i was thinking i was covered if anything happens to my vehicle not knowing that i was'nt i regret joining them that was my worst decision i have ever made.</p>
