Axsure is Bad for business

I had an car insurance with them, My car got wrote off they left me with high excess fee. And told me they will give me money once the Third party pay them. I waited for a year and nothing from them. I got hold of my Third Party and they told me that my insurance which was Axsure didnt send them anything, so i had to get hold of them to talk with the my Third Party after a year!. Even today 2018 nothing, this Claim is still going on, i send emails almost every week and get stupid excuses from they Lawyers.
