Axsure is a **** insurance

I regret the 23rd of June 2017 which was a day I joined this **** insurance.

I had an accident on the 2nd of march 2019, I logged my claim on the 4th of march and then a Lady by the name of Nomvu told me that my claim will be handled by Bubele they send the document forms to be filled in which I did then she said I must wait for Bubele to phone me, one week later which he didn't call me and then one week later I phoned wanted to talk to Bubele they put me on hold till I drop the phone, I phoned again nothing happened still put me on hold, I was phoning about the Curtis car which I got after fighting with them for 3days.Bubele is a doddy guy when I got towards end of march he said my car is beyond repair after sending an accessor meaning that they will pay the bank the amount that am owing on my side m gonna pay the interest of the bank, Bubele never came back to me am the one always phoning him he even complained that m phoning everyday, am phoning everyday because he doesn't update a person. You phone Bubele he'll be telling you different story.guys let's send one of the political party's to go and investigation axsure insurance I don't have a hope that they will pay my car.Worst insurance ever.
