Axsure is a joke!
My car was written off last year June, Axsure then made a payment(after months and months of waiting), but only paid 60% of the total damage cost. I was then informed that they are still investigating and awaiting payment from the third parties that caused the accident. Please make me understand why it is taking over 13 months for the matter to get resolved? I have provided all the details, Identity numbers, car registrations numbers of both parties that are liable for the accident hence my confusion on their 'struggle" of getting in touch with these individuals and besides, how is that my problem. Shouldn’t they pay me and sort out the rest with the other parties involved? I am still paying for a car I DO NOT HAVE. Yet I had insurance?! What a joke, the whole company is a joke and do not take ANYONE seriously. This needs to be attended to ASAP, Im over it now.
