Axsure Insurance

My vehicle was in a car accident in November 14th, 2019 and they written it off on the 25th November 2019. I was not happy with their assessment and what they were willing to pay. My car was a 2018 model and traveled about 60000km and to them it came back lost over R50000 in value. The bank needed a settlement of R184000 and they were willing make a payout of R132000, and taking away a whopping R30000 as the access fee. I was not on a wrong as far the accident is concern, but I accepted the their offer, but again they couldn't make a payout because they came back to me saying I must renew my licence disc, that was in February 2020 saying my licence disc has expired when it was only expiring end of February, the 29th to be exact. They came back to me saying they won't make a payment before I do that. I had to take the matter to ombudsment for review. Later somebody advised me to renew my licence disc and send it over. I did that, but I couldn't get the licence disc because I have to take the vehicle for roadworthy test, now the question is how can I take a car for roadworthy test if the car was written off. Even the clerk at traffic department said I shouldn't have done license disc renewal if they written off the vehicle. I brought that to their attention and they accepted it but said they cannot make a payment because my issue is with ombudsment, so that means 5 months later I have been waiting for a payment and about 4 full months paying for the car insurance that was written off by them 4 months ago and till to date I'm still paying for the car installment that has been written off 5 months ago.

I am not happy the way they handle my claim, my driver was not on a wrong and they could have claimed on my behalf on something or i could have got a much payout on my car.
