Axsure insurance

<p>I was supposed to collect my car from the panelbeaters today. ..I was suprised that my axcess changed from 18k to 25k. The authorisation I signed said 18k, no one informed me about the changes. Now i don't even know where will I get the 7k and my car has been there for 4 months now. I called Axsure and they keep on transfering me from one person to another without any assistance. </p> <p>They don't even do follow ups. Since they dropped my car at the panelbeaters, they have never call or inform me about the progress or delays. Now is been 4 months and every month I pay them.</p>
