Axsure **** car insurance

hellopeter I have a problem my partner and I we're involved in car accident on the 11/05/ 2019....we were using is vehicle (Mazda CX3) and the accident was bad and the car was written off and it was less than 6 month old it's a brand new car...he insured it with axsure insurance now...they responded yesterday and told him they will only pay..R68000 then my partner needs to pay the balance of 249000 ......and now they are telling him needs to sign the agreement for a pay out within 30 day of the above letter head date which is the 31/05/2019... while he just received the letter emailed letter yesterday... people needs to be aware of this **** insurance...it's useless! Now my partner will continue to pay for the car that doesn't not exist....**** INSURANCE
