axsure claims pathetic service

Iam insured by axsure for 3 years now , never defaulted on my premiums nor made any claim since. i was involved in an accident on the 25th of june afternoon bumbed from behind and my car was badly damaged i called in to made a claim, was very dissapointed at first to learn that the conctact details they had on their records were incorrect, 2rd the person who i spoke to was very rude on the line with me. i was told that someone will get back to me in that same week of wich no one did . when i called back to do a follow up i learned my contact details where still not corrected. my call was trasnfered to a guy called wayne who was very rude and told me to go get a quote where?how? not known. he then gave me a cellnumber that i needed to send pictures of my car and that he would send someone at home to come to the qoute. an assessor was send to my house two weeks later to come do the quote and take pictures again. iam waiting another week now without anyone saying anything , iam desperate as i have been calling and everytime i call iam told someone would call back and they dont, iam despate and i need my car fixed .i havent had any joy since the day i made a call for the claim ,the service is unbelievably terrible and i cant imagine if anyone ever get help .
