AXSURE and their Partner RANASA are The worst insuarance.i regret joining them.during the telephonic contract on inception of the cover they did not mention anything about R60k access..4 November 2019 I was in loved in a car accident,they towed my car,launched a claim only to be told that I must pay R60k access,then the sent me a 'policy schedule' indicating why I should pay 60k of access,policy schedule was dated 15 November 2019,my policy started end may 2018.went through the recording of the agreement and there was no where they mentioned 60k access,only knew about it when I was claiming.still they insisted I pay 60k..they still with my car,I dont even know what going on with my car. I feel so discriminated,treated so unfairly and I was paying without any faults.they have no sympathy..they are a ****,please save yourself some depression n counseling by staying away from AXSURE and their RANASA partners
