Assessment done but there has been Silence!

I previously had the same problem, after I submitted a claim there was total silence from Axsure, I battled with getting assistance form them until I wrote a review on hellopeter.com.

I was contacted by the company, they confirmed that they had received my claim and that an assessor and investigator will be appointed. The message was sent on the 2nd of August 2016 and I was further advised that I wait four (4) working days before I can get any feedback. On the 4th of August 2016, the exact same message was sent to me.

On the 12th of August 2016, I was advised that the assessment onmy vehicle was done and that I should allow another three (3) working days.During the wait, I was further contacted by the investigator for questioning.

On Monday the 15th of August 2016 at 8:44am, I received a text confirming that the assessment on the vehicle was done and that the file was to be sent to management.

On Tuesday I called to speak to the agent that was handling my claim Lucky , I was advised that he was busy on another call. I explained to the gentleman that the purpose for my call was to find out how long the finalisation would take, I was assured that I would be contacted on the same day.

As of Wednesday morning I had not received any feedback, I therefore decided to send Lucky an email but he did not respond and neither did he acknowledge receipt.

I further called them to follow up and was advised that Lucky reports to Cecilia. I decided to escalate the matter to Cecilia in the hope of getting better service considering her position. I sent an email to her and to date I have not gotten a response and neither have I received an acknowledgement of receipt.

It is very dissappointing that companies can render such poor client service. It is clear that both agents and supervisors are equally as *********** and do not understand professionalism.

This whole claim has been frustrating in that at every stage they keep introducing new waiting periods. The waiting periods were never explained to me upon entering the agreement. The waiting periods are material to the agreement and should therefore have been disclosed from the onset, had the latter been done, I would have not entered the agreement.

It is now friday and no one has bothered to contact me. I would never refer anyone to Axsure/ Western National Insurance. My advice to anyone is to insure with the well established and known Insurance companies.
