Appalling service from Axsure Insurance

<p>This is by far thee worst customer service in the history of car insurance in South Africa. Their representatives are miserably *********** and inefficient to say the least. For three working days I attempted to make an enquiry on the status of my account to no avail. Seems their core business is taking messages and promise the client a call back which never happens. These people have been giving me the run around on getting a cancellation on my policy due to their pathetic service. For the life of me, how in the world do you expect the customer to gain confidence in your company taking responsibilty to insure vehicles when you're not even available to attend to customer enquiries? I am not even going to get into the 'car tracker' story which they got me into and I am now stuck with a contract for 36 months. Such a bunch of ******!</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not even waste your time with these people. </p>
