Access refund by axsure from a third party

The interaction this time with Axsure was okay. This was a refund of my access paid in 2016. I however do understand that claiming from a third party does take time.

So the refund process when they recieved confirmation was swift and I was paid back in 3 days after they collected from 3rd party.
