ZERO SERVICE!!!!

I had phoned in on Monday and spoke to Melissa herself, i was advised to send through my requirement to her direct email address with all that i required from them, which i did straight away. I was promised that i would have the quote by the end of the day, which to me is 5pm. I waited till Thursday to see if i would even get a phone call. I then called again and requested to speak to Melissa. I was once again then promise i would have a quote by then end of the day and how it was someone else who had not responded to me, but i sent it to her direct email. She took down my contact number and said she would get back to me. I heard absolutely nothing from her the whole day and evening. It is now Friday and i am still waiting for my quote, I had called them and have requested for the THIRD time for a quote. If they are too busy or would not like my business i will go elsewhere to get what i require. Just annoyed and frustrated that they haven't even made an effort to contact me or even send the quote in the promised time. VERY POOR SERVICE. NOT IMPRESSED.
