Worst service from the East London Arcadia branch

Placed and paid for an order in full on Saturday,only finding out 5 days later that they don’t have the items in stock and they themselves are waiting for their supplier,this was not communicated to me.I called their store multiple times today,left several messages for the salesman who assisted me to call me back,that did not happen.Horrible service from them.Had I known that this would happen,I would have definitely gone with other hardwares
