Unsatisfied with Buco Sabie

This review is for Buco Sabie dispatch department.we are loyal customers to Buco Sabie,buying materials on a weekly basis,every time having to struggle for delivery.,they say delivery in 24hours for example,yet the delivery only comes after 48hours if your lucky.once again on 29August ordered 40thousand rands of materials,been promised same day delivery but never happened,on 30Aug we enquired and they said the supplies is on the way and will be here at 9:00,at 12:00 we enquired again and they said the supplies has arrived we can come to make the payment,when we went we asked them when will delivery be as my builders ran out of cement yesterday already so need delivery now otherwise we will need to buy from another store,they promised delivery will take place before 15:00 same day,ofcourse they excepted payment and assured us delivery before 15:00,at 15:00 still nothing arrived and we enquired for the 4th time,only to hear that dispatch does not want to deliver they keep sending the trucks to other places and we must wait and see when the goods arrive as they cant tell us,this after they assured us for continous time that delivery will take place before 15:00,now our project comes to a stand still as weve been waiting for this delivery for 2 days,only getting empty promises,and they excepted our payment so we cant buy from another store to have the project up and running still. This is the same issue every single time and as loyal customers to Buco Sabie its unexceptable,they are quick to make promises and except payments but extremely slow and unreliable to deliver the paid goods.if they cant keep up for delivery they can atleast be honest instead of insuring promises they cant keep,they are costing me money now as im paying my builders to sit and do nothing while waiting for goods to be delivered,IF THEY MAKE PROMISES,THEY SHOULD KEEP IT,IF THEY CANT KEEP THEIR PROMICES,THEY SHOULD BE HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD INSTEAD OF BEING SO EAGER TO EXCEPT PAYMENTS WHILE THEY CANT DELIVER THE GOODS
