I went to Buco Bergvliet where I met Mr. Recardo Edwards today. He was so professional and patient with me and provided me of that I need with the earth spike, of which I dont have clue what's he talking about. He had patience to take in store and explained to me purpose of I need to install with the earth spike and even demonstrated gave reasons why that must be installed. That service are we loosing in our business, how we treat our customers.
