Terrible Service

This company in Mdantsane highway branch is terrible the sales team are in a rush to make money out of you and they don't care about what you need and plan accordingly, firstly it was an account we opened by lencor/buco it was approved and we were promised to come down on Monday two weeks ago, and this account is one of the elderly people they are chronic so he had to walk there only to find out that the account was not yet financed and he had to wait for four days and no communication stall again they went there and still it was not done they promised Tuesday last week and they went again and still it was not done, what a terrible service so again they had to go to the store while my father was sick, and we have been quoted everything no delivery fee was mentioned and quoted as I was there yesterday they told them they need this R450 of which it didn't form part of quote and budget not even verbally or in written, and we dont have again today they went and still told them to come back Friday,imagi.e how this is disrespectful I just want to close this flip account and I don't want to do business with this hardware I see we going to have problems in future.I think there's no control whatsoever on that branch and there's disrespect for customer they are not being prioritized they just want to rip money out of people, Imagine being unprofessional for three weeks!!!!!!!
