Service lacking 😑

How is it that there are ads about the voucher promotion that's currently running but none of the store employees/supervisors/managers have no idea of how it works. Spent nearly 20k and when I asked about the promotion, no one knew anything about it, which is disappointing.

Plumbing department is great and helpful can't say the same about the contractor department, never dealing with them again. Went in for a quote and took me a week of coming back and asking if they had finished it yet. Poor service from them.
