Rude lady answering the phone

I bought goods to build a wall and paid for them on a Saturday and arranged for a delivery on the following Wednesday because they had told me they didn’t have bricks in stock when I made my purchase and that they would order from their supplier, who would deliver to me directly. Come Wednesday morning I had to call and literally beg them to give me details of the estimated time for my delivery and one of the ladies was so rude to me on the phone, I didn’t get her name but she answered the call and transferred me to Magda. When I did speak to Magda she told me that the supplier will be delivering before the end of the day and she’ll let me know when the guy calls her (departure time). I thought I would get first preference since I already paid for these goods four days earlier. So unprofessional, they were so friendly when I went to purchase and now that I’m enquiring about my delivery they become impatient.
