Rude *********** : Ramatsimele Rangoato

On the 11 September 2020 I bought 20 litre paint and paid with a cheque card. Now this hardware Buck Kempton Park branch is a branch with staff very unprofessional and *********** more than once I was in this branch unattended and see myself through. On the 11 Sep 2020 the guy in the pain division asked me very rudely What do want". I pointed him a paint which I bought and left on my arrival home I found 3 of same pain I decided to return it the next day 12 Sep 20. I went to the branch explained the reason for my return I realize the attitude the lady gave me and had to wait after completing there were 3 ladies by the till point and I stood there with no explanation why the wait another lady approached then the cashier asked her a book and told me then I must wait which I started checking time. After 20 min the cashier said where is the card you made payments with, I looked at her and gave her the card with no explanation she processed the refund and printed the receipt and gave me I waited checking the receipt she was just chatting with colleagues. I asked when do I expect to get my refund, agitated and rude she raised a voice and said 7 days to weeks. Since I have been in this store ore than once saw the manner in which these staff behave unprofessional and rude I then asked their names and the cashier and the other lady who brought the book gave me wrong names, they are not having name tag on them The cashier said her name is Florah and the other said she was Linky as I left I asked why they never explained my refund was7 to weeks as I made direct payment. I got the right name on the receipt and was dissapponted at such rude and unprofessional staff. This branch is known of ********* staff and bad service as I was home I watched a SABC2 speak out programme wherein a customer was disrespected and rudely mistreated this was televised on the 13 Sept 2020 this branch must be closed
