******* AND MESS WITH CHANGE OF COLOR WITH PAINT

On Friday 26th March 2021 I visited the store with a request if they could change the color of a new 5 Lt gloss paint from cream to beige. A month or so ago they did it for me for which I paid R30. Initially the guy could not understand which color and I showed him on a sample what I envisaged. He changed the color to Alcuda which is very near to Terracotta and way of from what I wanted . He then tried to change it Lighter but also a mess. When I asked the price The guy at the till said R322 which I thought was absolutely madness seen in the light of the mess they made with the color. The guy then said he can bring it down to R230 -250 ( I cannot remember exact amount) I told him in no uncertain terms that I paid R229 for the 5Lt tin and think this is a rip of .I refused to pay this amount and told the person he could take the paint and sell it to someone else as I am NOT prepared to pay this inflated price for the color change which is in any case a mess and NOT what I wanted. His reply was that the ***ment for color change has been increased and that is why it is so expensive. I told him I do not believe him and told him what I paid previously and still regard it as a *******. Told him to take the paint and sell it to someone else and that I will bear the loss of the paint . Without any further ado I turned around and left the store with the promise to myself that I will never visit this store again as I had a few incidents previously where I was charged inflated prices and left to buy similar items cheaper at places like Cash Build or Checkers
