Poor stock management

<p>I want to understand how you run out of paint in different stores without feedback on when your orders will be delivered?</p> <p>I bought mixed plascon paint in Kathu, but when I went back they only have 5l and cant sell me 2l which I cant fathom. Asked a relative to buy paint in Middelburg, but they also didnt have sufficient paint. </p> <p> </p> <p>There seems to be bad planning and stock management throughout. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the first instance of poor stock management I had. </p>
