Poor customer service with some prejudice

I run an NGO down the road from BUCO in salt River and yesterday I've send two boys down to fetch material and the reception inside the shop was of a hostile and unhelpful nature. It is sad that none of the staff on the floor was helpful when the boys ask for direction and at the cash register the cashier refused give the change . I think it's a disgrace that customer service in a Chain as big as this is treat people in this manner.
