Poor customer service

Tiles were bought on a special price as per display on the floor, when cashier rang up the sale, the tiles were normal price, I then requested the sale price as this was still displayed on the floor, where I was told, that the prices are not applicable even when the prices are on the floor, after I discussed this to a very rude "manager" who constantly kept looking up and down at the clothes I was wearing - Notwithstanding that I am working and busy painting, no reason for her to look at me like that.

The tiles was not packed in boxes, but wrapped in gladwrap & on a crate. The crate was loaded on my trailer. Security checked and signed, but there was one box missing, when I questioned this, they just pulled their arms up and said : So what, we don't have any left, but I paid for that missing box??? When I arrived home, I noticed on a piece of a box that there is suppose to be 13 tiles in a box, but the wrapped tiles were 12 in a wrapping. So the total tiles were short in any case, the so called manager screamed upon me when I asked if this is the way they treat their customers. She is the total opposite of a manager and her behaviour is completely unacceptable.
