poor attitude and service

on Sunday 14 October 2018 i went to buco to look for a copper washer. I've approached a sales assistant in plumbing section to ask him for a copper washer, he respond to me was " why" and told me that a previous customer was looking for the same thing( fitting for a geyser) there is a major difference between a fitting for a geyser and copper washer. he have a poor attitude and don't care to loose customers. when i told him i will go to another place to get the copper washer he said that it is fine he don't care. this is very very poor service
