One month later and still no tank

I ordered a water tank which was supposed to be deliversed after 20 days. I called the store a month after ordering. Initially they denied knowing anything about my order. I called again and spoke to the deputy manager as the manger was not available. I was told that the sales manager would call me. They did not. Absolutely shocking. I will not support them again despite my policy of supporting local businesses.
