Lazyness of BUCO Staff in Giyani(Limpopo)

I went to buy roof material at BUCO Giyani on the 02 February 2018, after getting a quotation from one of the staff I was told to go and pay at their Finance Office, when I knocked two ladies where in the office and just looked at me without responding, i then thought maybe they did not here me and i greeted them and still they did not respond, I then told them I was sent to their office to with a quote so that i can pay, and one of them laughed at me said go to that lady, the lady took the invoice and money and told me to go collect an invoice from one of the cashiers downstairs, after the Cashier assisted me she told me to go to the Floor Manager of the material by the name Freddy, he agreed to deliver material on the 03 February 2018 and to date i only received half the material purchased, I called him on monday the 05 February 2018 and he promised to deliver but he did not deliver the remaining material.
