I phoned Buco Hardware and Buildware on the 1/11/2017 to order a few items and paid for delivery. Its now noon 7/11/2017 and no delivery..

Not only was it a nightmare to communicate with “ Princess Janda “ as she struggled to speak basic english she could also not spell my address correctly.

After numerous phone calls and the phone answered with a short aggressive “hallo” and zero phone etiquette I had to complain in order to get them to deliver. Payment was made immediately with proof of payment emailed. I am now sitting without sand and bricks and lost two days of construction work after I pay my guys R600 a day for doing no work as we are waiting for delivery.

This is the sort of service you will expect in the new south africa from BEE companies. Never shopping there again!!!! Nor will I support BEE companies
