False executor

Marlize, from HR was handling my dads testament, and she only talked and informed one person my sister that also works at BUCO RTB. I got the messages from her about all the details. This is unacceptable as an executor are not suppose to talk to one individual about the testament. As that is not in the correct way. If she does not know the correct way she should not address herself or appoint herself as one. I would like my dads testament read to all 3 parties myself Elize my sus Isabel and brother Alex with a court appointed executor via Buco RTB. Which thy will pay or Isabel as BUCO RTB (Marlize) and Isabel talked without all 3 present.
