Failure to deliver and bad service from Buco Honeydew

On the 19th September 2022,I placed an online order and fully paid (including shipping costs to Cape Town) for a Vaal Drop In Iceberg basin from BUCO Honeydew. According to the invoice the basin would be ready for collection or delivery within 3-5 working days and stated that once your package is ready for collection or delivery they will send an SMS notification. After contacting BUCO on three occasions, spoke to Deon, 1st call, Bronwyn and Dawid on the second call, and Dawid on the third call, they failed to communicate what the issue with my order is.
