Excuse after excuses

I placed my order on the 7th , paid for material and delivery . Was assisted by Clifford and was made a promise that my material would be delivered the 8th before 9am .

So as a project manager that seemed like everything was sorted for my guys to go work on site

But never the less , my guys arrived on site at 8am , prepared so that they can just throw concrete and they would be done

I arrived on site by 9:30 and there was no sign of any material !

We waited it out to 10:30 and still no sign of buco

So I ended up calling Clifford to find out how far my order is , and could this experience not get any worse , I was transferred left right and centre and finally they put me through to despatch to a guy named FIRE , and fires response was Clifford is on lunch (at 10:30) and fire received no order neither does he have any information, he will get Clifford to call me back once his back from lunch at 11Am

So this got very frustrating, cause who takes lunch at 10:30! And why does no one know about my order ! As I have paid for it and I was promised that it would be on site by 9Am for the latest and it’s already 10:30

Never the less I waited for Clifford to come off lunch , no call received at all . At 11:20 I decided to call again , and Clifford’s excuse was that there’s no vehicles in the yard to transport my material which even seemed more funnier cause he promised me at 9 AM I will have it . Then he told me just to wait till about 1/2

1 o clock came and no word from anyone at buco , so I went down myself to buco from scarbrough all the way down to long beach myself! To pull up too buco bakkies in the drive way and truck

Went in spoke to Clifford and said the driver was there but it’s blocked off by traffic cops , spoke to the driver ( Faried) and he said the problem was he got a fine cause he doesn’t have license , I dont see how this is my problem?

After throwing my toys out the cot and threating to drive the Bakkie myself , finally they got someone that could follow me with material at the back , ALL OF A SUDDEN . Hell if I didn’t go on like a crazy lady I would of never got my material

Anyway as a client of BUCO / Penny Penchers

I would like to know what’s gonna happen to the fuel ? The unnecessary airtime been wasted ? The lies ? What is gonna be done about this !!! The days wages for my guys I have to pay ! When not even a half of days of work was done ! Due to BUCO

As long as I have my construction company running , I’ve always bought from BUCO / Penny

Should I change suppliers ? There was a spade taken from the guys that delivered? What happens to that? Should I just let that blow under the mat too?
