Door that has dirty marks and cant be cleaned

Good day <br> <br> My mother bought home improvement at Buco on the 5th of August and that included one of the 4 inside door. I have taken pictures of the door but i am unable to attach it. My brother queried to why they were delivering the tyres and they said they were instructed. Apparently it was the last door but the issue is that we have tired clean it with the wet clot but the dirty marks are still there. We paid the full price for all four doors and we are unable to use this one because it is white white black dirty marks.<br> <br> I would like them to come pick the door and deliver a new one.
