I bought 3 bins of paint from Buco Mitchells plain Plaza. On the day of purchase, i received the best service, it was almost to good to be true. Never the less. The paint was to paint the outside of my house. Due to weather conditions the paint job got done a few days after purchase. I got contractor to paint, everthing was going well. Till contractor noticed that the paint was different shades of green. 2 bins was used, the contractor made contact with me to inform me the colours is different. When i got home later that afternoon. I return to buco. Upon their investigation and duram rep they confirmed the employee who mix the paint did not mix the paint correctly. There i was with a house with 2 different shades. Duram contacted me and told they will replace the paint. I asked them about the labour. As i paid the contractor already, so if the job need to be re done, i need to pay the contractor again. Buco then told me they not taking responsibility for the labour because they are replacing me with a paint much more expensive paint, then the paint i bought. I told them i do not want a much more expensive paint, i would like the same product and just a reimbur*****t for the labour costs. They told me no, and offered me a r300 gift card voucher. I declined the voucher. I told them several times, i do not want anything i just need the paint I bought, but mixed correctly as i paid alot of money and i need labour cost covered. They refused to and just got the driver to deliver the paint. Here I am sitting with a house with different shades, 3 bins of paint but no funds to get the paint job done. I feel if they cant if they camt assit me with the labour cost, i would like to return the paint and get my refund on the paint and take my business to a company that cares about customers satisfaction.
